Service / Delivery Policy

1. Digital service; no physical shipping

OfficerFlow is a software-as-a-service product delivered through a secure online workspace. There are no physical products, parcels, shipping charges, tracking numbers, or courier deliveries.

2. Direct payment verification and delivery

Customers pay externally by UPI or PayPal using the exact OfficerFlow amount, currency and reference, then report the UTR or PayPal transaction ID. That submission creates verification-pending state only and does not create a paid workspace or temporary access.

Customer submission is not paid status. Paid status, provisioning and a payment receipt are available only after Platform Owner verification of the exact amount, currency, transaction reference, applicant, workspace and OfficerFlow reference. A screenshot alone never activates paid status.

OfficerFlow does not store a UPI PIN, OTP, full card number, CVV, bank password, PayPal password, or full online-banking credentials.

3. Onboarding and provisioning checks

OfficerFlow retains the commercial request in payment-pending state without creating paid access. Workspace provisioning begins only after audited Platform Owner verification. Delivery is not promised to be instant. Provisioning may require:

• availability and validation of the requested workspace name, slug, or domain;
• confirmation of the organisation and authorised owner details;
• completion of security, configuration, storage, and setup checks; and
• resolution of incomplete, conflicting, or unsafe onboarding information.

4. How access is delivered

The workspace slug or domain and the owner setup link are delivered digitally through the secure onboarding flow or the email address supplied for the authorised owner. The owner can then invite Officers and Staff digitally from within OfficerFlow, subject to the plan, available seats, and access controls.

Setup and invitation links may expire or be single-use for security. If a link expires or the expected message does not arrive, contact OfficerFlow without sharing a password, OTP, or other private sign-in code.

5. Starter introductory access

The ₹99 Starter introductory period provides 30 days of digital access from the verified service start. It does not silently auto-charge month 2. Before the period ends, the customer chooses ₹999 per month or ₹9,999 per year to continue.

6. Failed or incomplete provisioning

If workspace provisioning fails after payment has been successfully verified, email info@officerflow.in with the organisation name and safe order or payment reference. Do not send a full card number, CVV, OTP, bank password, or account password.

OfficerFlow will review the verified payment and provisioning records, correct the delivery issue where reasonably possible, or consider the request under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
