1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting OfficerFlow, creating or using an account, requesting a subscription, or using an OfficerFlow workspace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you use OfficerFlow for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. Accounts, workspace responsibility and lawful use
You must provide accurate onboarding and account information, keep sign-in details secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Your organisation is responsible for its workspace settings, the people it invites, the permissions it assigns, and activity performed through its accounts.
You may use OfficerFlow only for lawful business and administrative purposes. You must not:
- break any applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, or upload unlawful or harmful material;
- attempt to bypass access controls, probe security, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or access another organisation’s information;
- misrepresent identity or authority, abuse invitations, or use OfficerFlow to send spam, fraud, harassment, or deceptive communications; or
- copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit OfficerFlow except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Subscription, introductory period and pricing
OfficerFlow is a paid software service delivered digitally. For eligible new customers in India, Starter costs ₹99 for the first 30 days. This is a paid introductory period. Before it ends, the customer chooses either ₹999 per month or ₹9,999 per year. Month 2 is not silently or automatically charged.
The price, billing period, taxes if applicable, and available continuation options are shown before a customer confirms a purchase. Future renewal can be stopped through the available billing flow or by contacting info@officerflow.in. The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Payment verification
OfficerFlow accepts manual UPI payments for eligible India orders and manual PayPal payments for eligible international orders. The customer must use the exact server-issued amount, currency and OfficerFlow reference, then submit the UTR or PayPal transaction ID. A payment becomes paid only after an authorised owner verifies the actual credit in the receiving account. A browser response, message, receipt image, or screenshot alone is not proof of payment.
A syntactically valid, non-duplicate payment submission creates pending-verification state only. It does not confirm payment or create paid access. Paid workspace provisioning begins only after the Platform Owner records an audited verification against the receiving account. Rejected submissions retain their history and may be corrected safely.
Manual payment does not create an automatic UPI or PayPal renewal. OfficerFlow never asks for or stores a UPI PIN, OTP, card number, CVV, bank password, PayPal password, or full online-banking credentials.
4. Customer data and intellectual property
Your organisation remains responsible for the business records, personal information, documents, instructions, and other content it enters into OfficerFlow. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to collect, use, share, and retain that content, and you should configure access appropriately.
You retain rights in your content. You allow OfficerFlow to host, process, back up, transmit, and display it only as reasonably needed to provide, protect, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations.
OfficerFlow, its software, design, documentation, branding, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable access period; it does not transfer ownership of OfficerFlow.
5. Availability, maintenance and third-party services
We aim to provide a dependable service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific availability or response-time commitment unless separately agreed in writing. Planned maintenance, urgent security work, internet or infrastructure failures, provider outages, and events outside reasonable control may affect access.
OfficerFlow may rely on hosting, email, storage, security, analytics, and payment providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and may change or experience interruptions. We take reasonable steps to select and manage providers, but cannot control every third-party system.
6. Suspension, non-payment and termination
Paid workspace access begins only after payment is verified by the Platform Owner and provisioning completes. Existing access may expire or be paused if a continuation choice is not made, these terms are materially breached, or continued use creates a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop future renewal under the applicable billing flow. Ending paid access does not automatically or immediately delete historical workspace data. Retention, export availability, and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy, the service’s operational requirements, and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and reasonable limitation of liability
OfficerFlow is provided on an “as available” basis. You remain responsible for business decisions, statutory records, permissions, and independent backups or exports appropriate to your needs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, OfficerFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. OfficerFlow’s total liability arising from the affected service is limited to the fees paid for the affected subscription period, except where a different limit is required by law.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms when the service, law, security practices, or commercial arrangements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or the contact details associated with the account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India, while any mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.
